We would like to invite any interested audiophiles to an extraordinary event in Budapest, this Saturday and Friday.
We will introduce a very special jazz album.
We think it is the first audiophile-oriented music recording community project ever, where the high-res recordings are community financed for the highest audiophile quality and the revenue is shared with those financing it.
We will use a very innovative 4-way active speaker, the prototype of the Danley Soundlabs’ HRE that can reproduce the live dynamics of the original live recording in the same studio (which we measured).

We present our recording and the technology used with live music at Digital Pro Studio on Saturday, 25 June 2022, starting at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. (also on 24 June if Saturday oversubscribed)
* We will present a pre-recorded live performance, mixed on an analogue chain and digitised at 352.8 kHz / 24-bit stereo DXD master. We recorded simultaneously high-speed analogue tape with the same mix.
* We will present the audio CD version of the live recording, produced with traditional digital production technology, mixed and mastered in post-production.
* Visitors will have a chance to experience this album as the first Hungarian Dolby Atmos jazz recording in the Atmos mixing room.
* A track from the album will be performed live.
* The recording technology will be explained in detail.
* There will an opportunity to talk to some artists who contributed to the album.
* We will discuss our plans for the future of the revamped My Reel Club™.
* The program will be available online via Zoom streaming.
Danley Soundlab’s HRE four-way active loudspeaker prototype will be used for the demo, as it is one of the few reference loudspeakers that can reproduce live dynamics, and the full frequency spectrum of a recorded performance (active bandwidth up from 15 Hz).

My Reel Club offers more than just a place for audiophile members to experience music excellence. The members can join together to invest in creating music albums specifically for the audiophile market.
The My Reel Club™ is crowdfunded and revenue sharing and so we are able to fund talented musicians and with the original members investing in the recording project or album, then any profits generated by selling, for example through music portals, will mean all involved parties will receive a share of the success.
